All orders are dispatched from our USA warehouse within 24 hours (Monday – Friday)
All USA orders are shipped with USPS 1st class and should arrive after 3-5 working days.
International orders are shipped from our USA warehouse by USPS 1st class international and should arrive in 7 – 21 working days.
While we strive to deliver your order within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.
Customs charges may be due on international orders and these are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain brown box to ensure your privacy.
Once your order has been received you will receive an order confirmation email.
You will be sent a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday – Friday)
For large or bulk orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified if this is the case.
All orders are fully insured and if you have not received your order after 30 days we will reship your order or refund your payment.

Due to packages going missing or customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

RETURNS
If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do this by returning all unused boxes within 14 days after receiving the order. Please contact support to start the returns process.
